First you should know that 7~11 is clan in which your skill does not matter whatsoever.
What we look for in a member is someone that helps out for the good of the clan and also
who strives for friendship within our community. If you would like to be part of something
special in a gaming community you have come to the right place. In order to become a member
you must first go through the recruitment process. This process is meant for us to get to
know our potential members before they are actually a part of our community. The first step
is to read the following guidlines, then go to our forums and post in our recruitment
request section and play an active role in in our community.

Recruitment Tips: |
1. Our clan does not recruit you on your skills of CS.
Your “CAL” pro skill will definitely be a plus for us, but we look for your interaction with the clan.
We take notice when you make efforts in getting to know the members. XFIRE and Ventrilio are a definitely
a plus for your recruitment.

2. Your recruitment is a process. It takes time for us to recruit you.
This means that it’s your activeness on the forums and servers COUNT! You cannot expect to be recruited if you
request recruitment and have no interaction with anyone else. If you come on the forums just to check your recruitment
status, I will warn you right now that you’ll be waiting for a very very long time.
So, you may ask, “What should I do?” Look into our forums! There are many topics that have been posted that you
may revive or post interesting topics under different sections. You may take your time learning other members as well
as colleagues that are waiting to be recruited like you. Being active on forums is an important thing.
Before you post your application you should also read our Recruitment Guidlines.

3. Help us enforce our PG rules on our servers.
We appreciate all the help we can get. Do not feel like you don’t need to help us because
there is a {7~11} member there to take care of it. We take notice of your help!

4. Please remember that once you are recruited,
you will not become a full member right away. You will become a {7|11R}.
It means that you are a {7~11} recruit. This is one step away from becoming a full member.
Only your perseverance and patience will help you get to become a full member.
Like I said, this is a process. It takes its time.

5. Some of you may come in here for power / admin.
This is a big NO NO. We do not give admin right away because you became a member. We give admin
to those members that have shown responsibility and earned it. If you want to be part of the {7~11}
for Admin, you may pack your bags and leave.
If you help us financially, you’ll be given the power to vote on maps. We appreciate your
contribution financially, but we will not give out full Admin to someone just because he
donated us money.

6. I have mentioned about finance. We will take
big notice in your commitment to help this clan financially. Every penny is valuable to us.

7. If you haven’t followed the instruction on how
to post your recruitment, I advise you to go add more right now.
